Hamilton Childcare Centre

Impact has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Barnardos, providing project and programme management services across their nationwide property portfolio.

One of the many projects we have been involved in is the purpose-built childcare centre in Hamilton, which Barnardos have developed to support growing demand in the area.  

Impact supported Barnardos by acting as tenant representative for this new-build centre.  We provided design advice, cost management services and oversaw the tenant fit-out and landscaping.

We ensured the build quality met the standards required for an MOE license to be granted, as well as Barnardos own property design standards.
