With a delayed start and fixed deadline, we managed in just 20 weeks to co-ordinate the demolition of 14 floors of the existing building and the construction and furnishing of 104 self-catered apartments exclusively for Victoria University students. The Stafford House project received an award from the New Zealand Institute of Building in 2004.
